Description

COME EXPERIENCE A JOYFUL STATE OF MIND at WIM3 - the 3rd annual Celebration of Women in Medicine on Tuesday, September 24. We'll gather at the InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza in the Rooftop Ballroom.

We want to provide an opportunity for women physicians and clinicians to collaborate and share experiences in a comfortable setting. Come enjoy food and drinks, see old friends and create new connections. Once again, we’re taking professional head shots.

We’re excited to have a panel of speakers* to briefly discuss an important topic: “What brings you joy?” including:

  • Pam Shaw, MD, KUMC Professor, Vice Chair Education – and current AAP President candidate
  • Tyler Smith, MD – CMH General Academic Pediatrics - and recently appointed Kansas Children’s Cabinet and Trust Fund member by Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly
  • Ning Haluck, MD – Swope Health Pediatrician

*Please arrive in time to relax before our 6:45 panel start time!

Note: Self parking is complimentary in the InterContinental hotel garage.
